Individual classes are £10 each. Adult monthly memberships start at £35pcm. Kids membership is £30pcm. Discounts are given for family memberships. Free trial classes are available to beginners.
All classes are beginner friendly, and we also offer Fundamental Classes where we focus on the basics.
Sports kit without zips or pockets should be worn for all grappling classes if you do not own BJJ/Grappling apparel. A gi jacket can be borrowed for the first few classes if required. We recommend the use of a gumshield and plenty of water.
Both. Gi classes are on Monday, Thursday and Friday. No-Gi classes are on Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday. Kids use the gi in all classes.

We can loan a gi jacket until you are able to buy your own.
